Ο Ρέππας σκέφτεται την επιστράτευση…!

Το λογικό αδιέξοδο που έχει φτάσει η κυβέρνηση Παπανδρέου, μετά την μονόπλευρη τοποθέτησή της στο θέμα των αδειών χρήσης επαγγελματικών φορτηγών και βυτιοφόρων, φαίνεται πως θα τερματιστεί μέσω της… επιστράτευσης! Ο κύριος υπουργός Μεταφορών κύριος Ρέππας, σε off the record ερώτηση που δέχθηκε από δημοσιογράφους στο ραδιομέγαρο της ΕΡΤ, για το εάν προτίθεται να προχωρήσει σε «δυναμικά μέτρα» και σε μία πιθανή επιστράτευση κατά των ιδιοκτητών φορτηγών και βυτιοφόρων οχημάτων, δεν απάντησε ούτε με ναι, ούτε με όχι.
Η στάση του κυρίου Ρέππα δείχνει να συνάδει πλήρως με την γενικότερη κυβερνητική πολιτική και διαχείριση της δημοκρατίας και του Συντάγματος της χώρας, αφού με το πρόσχημα της εθνικής ανάγκης, δύναται η κυβερνηση να προχωρήσει σε επιστράτευση οχημάτων και προσωπικού (οδηγοί), οποιαδήποτε στιγμή κριθεί απαραίτητο. Βέβαια, το λόγο ίσως θα έπρεπε να έχει η Ελληνική Βουλή, αλλά αυτά είναι «ψιλά γράμματα» για τους υπαλλήλους του ΔΝΤ, που δίνουν αναφορές σε «φούφουτους».

Introduction

We are in the midst of the most explosive development in all of human history. Humanity is experiencing a simultaneously opposing and conflicting geopolitical transition, the likes of which has never before been anticipated or experienced. Historically, the story of humanity has been the struggle between the free-thinking individual and structures of power controlled by elites that seek to dominate land, resources and people. The greatest threat to elites at any time – historically and presently – is an awakened, critically thinking and politically stimulated populace. This threat has manifested itself throughout history, in different places and at different times. Ideas of freedom, democracy, civil and human rights, liberty and equality have emerged in reaction and opposition to power structures and elite systems of control.

The greatest triumphs of the human mind – whether in art, science or thought – have arisen out of and challenged great systems of power and control. The greatest of human misery and tragedy has arisen out of the power structures and systems that elites always seek to construct and manage. War, genocide, persecution and human degradation are directly the result of decisions made by those who control the apparatus of power, whether the power manifests itself as intellectual, ecclesiastical, spiritual, militaristic, or scientific. The most malevolent and ruthless power is that over the free human mind: if one controls how one thinks, they control the individual itself. The greatest human achievements are where individuals have broken free the shackles that bind the mind and let loose the inherent and undeniable power that lies in each and every individual on this small little planet.

Currently, our world is at the greatest crossroads our species has ever experienced. We are in the midst of the first truly global political awakening, in which for the first time in all of human history, all of mankind is politically awakened and stirring; in which whether inadvertently or intentionally, people are thinking and acting in political terms. This awakening is most evident in the developing world, having been made through personal experience to be acutely aware of the great disparities, disrespect, and domination inherent in global power structures. The awakening is spreading increasingly to the west itself, as the majority of the people living in the western developed nations are thrown into poverty and degradation. The awakening will be forced upon all people all over the world. Nothing, no development, ever in human history, has posed such a monumental threat to elite power structures.

This awakening is largely driven by the Technological Revolution, which through technology and electronics, in particular mass media and the internet, have made it so that people across the world are able to become aware of global issues and gain access to information from around the world. The Technological Revolution, thus, has fostered an Information Revolution which has, in turn, fed the global political awakening.

Russia, Bulgaria to set up South Stream joint venture by February 2011

Russia and Bulgaria will set up a joint venture on the South Stream project by February, 2011, the Novinite.com news portal said on Friday, citing Bulgarian Energy Minister Traicho Traikov.

Earlier on Friday Russia and Bulgaria started talks in the Bulgarian resort of Varna aimed at settling all the economic and technical details of the South Stream project’s «road map».

Russia and Bulgaria signed an agreement on the South Stream project in January 2008, and both financial and technical preparations were scheduled to be put together by mid-2010.

CONTRAILS vs CHEMTRAILS
It is important to distinguish between contrails and chemtrails. Contrails are streaks of condensed water vapor created in the air by jet airplanes at high altitudes. Contrails can exist in two forms: water droplet and ice crystal. Contrails typically become visible about a wingspans distance behind an aircraft flying at high altitude. The trail dissipates quite quickly, usually within a minute or so. Chemtrails, on the other hand, are visible directly behind an aircraft, with little or no gap between the aircraft and the start of the trail. Chemtrails are said to vary from contrails in their length of persistence. Chemtrails do not dissipate quickly; they tend to form into mushy clouds which can block sunlight. Some people are reporting what they describe to be unusual activity in the sky, including jets leaving trails at low altitudes, spray lines creating X’s, S’s and parallel lines, lines that slowly spread to create a canopy of haze, and reports of unusual smells, tastes, and even illness related to the trails. Also, a reddish-brown gel, dropped from low-flying aircraft, has been observed by people in the past and was even documented on Unsolved Mysteries. Samples of this substance have been alledgedly analyzed by Margareta-Erminia Cassani and found to be teaming with biological organisms. Other tests have shown that chemtrails contain more than 3 times the legal level of the toxic substance, barium. Chemtrails may also be one of the primary contributory factors in the collapse of honey bee colonies worldwide. Albert Einstein clearly knew the importance of the honey bee when he said: «If the bee disappears from the surface of the earth, man would have no more than four years to live.»

There are currently three main hypothesis for the purpose of chemical spraying in the skies: weather modification, population control, and testing of biological agents on the general poplace.
The only way we can have any hope of getting to the bottom of this, and to stop our skies from being polluted, is to raise awareness of this subject. We need to get the word out to as many people as possible.

The visit by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov to Sofia on 6 July was crowned by an unexpected breakthrough: the Bulgarian government stated for the first time in public that it would not give up the South Stream project, Kommersant writes.

The article’s title, ‘Bulgaria: Brotherly to Gazprom’, plays with the ‘brotherhood’ catchword widely used in communism to describe Soviet-Bulgarian relations.
